Footpaths and Patios

The main focus of your extension will no doubt be on the actual extension itself, however, as the work is caried out, externally the workmen need to gain access, scaffold will most probably be erected and dismantled, dirt, dust and all sorts of mixing and cutting etc goes on.

At the end of the work, the builders should clean up, but it is always worth while knowing that you have some of you budget allocated to finish off externally by extending any footpaths or patios around the building.
