Pricing Schedule

When creating your tender package, it is very important to include a Pricing Schedule.

This will help you to make sure that you include the parts of the build process for your extension, add sections if you want them priced, and most importantly, when you get your prices back from your builders, they will hopefully all use the pricing schedule you have provided so comparing the quotes on a like for like basis will be much easier.
