Allowing some leeway!

Fact - not everyone or everything is perfect!

There are many of different possible reasons for delays and issues in any building project of any size! There will most probably be some that you won't even be aware of that your builder just gets over and sorts out as part and parcel of his job.

Therefore, it's always worth allowing a bit of leeway to help reduce anxiety for overcoming delays! worse case your extension gets finished earlier than planned!
