Your project will be a 'team' of people, hopefully all working together with the same end goal - to  complete the project, on time, on budget and to a high standard
The team will include you, as teh client, architect, structural engineers, builder (contractor), sub-contractors, material suppliers, any direct labour. All these groups as individual proffesions will form your team.
