External Works
The term external works is generic to work associated with building an extension, but outside of the actial building.
This term covers work such as fencing, landscaping, drainage, footpaths and drives. Whilst as such the cost calculator doesm't allow for 'landscaping' or 'fencing' to your property in its entirety, there is a small allowance for remedial work to these areas to re-instate or to make good any parts that may get damaged in the building process. This can happen, however careful your builder may be it is inevitable that some accidenatl damage may occur.
