Finals

By this time your almost finsihed, and the light is starting to shine at teh end of teh tunnel - all being well. Finals is usually the term that will apply to internal trades such as electrician, plumbers and carpenters. All the work they have done throughout your project in the necessary stages such as first fix, second fix, etc will all be buttoned up when they do their finals. They should check all there work, sign off any legal documentation such as corgi certificates etc and hand them over to you. Any loose end will be tidied up and the work then completed to your satisfaction.
