Finishings

When your work is almost finished, you will be thinking about the finishings!! We would recommend taht you clarify this with your builder.

The main reason being that finishings to you as the client, may be a different interpretation from the builders term. The builder will most likely clarify finishings as decorating, snagging (checking the work done and putting right little bits and pieces), where as you may classify 'finishings' as putting up curtain poles and curtain, fitting light shades, and moving furniture in etc etc. Not a major issue but always worth clarification.
